Reaper Company is a nonprofit agency working under the direction of a board of directors which is comprised of experienced military veterans, first responders, and those who closely support both industries. Reaper Company is based out of South Eastern Wisconsin, and will serve veterans, and first responders in communities across the State of Wisconsin. One of the primary goals of the company is to establish peer networking, facilitated in engaging activities that promote healing through socialization with other like-minded, like experienced individuals. 

Reaper Company is a veteran/first responder owned and driven group dedicated to improving the lives of our brothers and sisters abroad throughout the state by creating and offering peer programs and activities. Promoting personal growth and community involvement to encourage every veteran, police officer, and first responder to live the most fulfilled life they can through a peer support system in which they can share their hope, strength, and experience so they may solve their shared trauma and issues together. A way to say thank you to those who served, and continue to serve, and have sacrificed themselves for their country locally or abroad. 

   Our start-up expenses come to $400,000.00, which is mostly dedicated to purchasing the facility, equipment, and materials to get our programs in place and running. Funds will come from a mix of board members personal donations, as well as donated funds/materials from the community at large. We are currently accepting monetary donations, Tools, old motorcycles and really just anything you can give.  We understand times are hard for some, so if you would just like to volunteer your time, spread the word on social media, we thank you.
